1. Order Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipment: Agar aapne order place kar diya hai lekin wo abhi ship nahi hua hai, toh aap 24 hours ke andar cancellation request daal sakte hain.
- After Shipment: Shipment hone ke baad order cancel nahi hoga. Aapko order receive karne ke baad return process follow karna hoga.

2. Refund Policy
- Damaged / Defective Product: Agar aapko koi damaged, defective ya wrong product mila hai, toh aap 48 hours ke andar hume contact karein.
- Eligibility for Refund:
✅ Product original condition me hona chahiye (Unused, tags aur packaging intact ho).
✅ Refund sirf prepaid orders pe apply hoga. COD orders ke liye exchange available hai.
✅ Refund process me 5-7 business days lag sakte hain.
3. Return & Exchange Policy
- Return Window: Aap 7 din ke andar return request raise kar sakte hain agar product defective ya wrong deliver hua hai.
- Return Not Accepted If:
❌ Product used ya damaged hai (customer ke end se).
❌ Packaging ya tags removed hain.
❌ Customized ya clearance sale items hain.
